How do I construct my UDIDIT Cubby House?

You will receive simple, printed assembly instructions with your purchase.

UDIDIT product assembly relies on a system of folds and tabs to take shape, so you will not need any tools other than your hands.

For the best results start by folding back the base supports, tabs and creases. Then use two hands and even pressure to fit the cardboard pieces together.

Are UDIDIT Cubby Houses friendly on the environment?

Yes. UDIDIT Cardboard Cubbies are 100% recyclable, and we use non-toxic inks and glues.

What ages do UDIDIT products cater for? 

UDIDIT products cater for ages 3 and up.

Are the UDIDIT products waterproof?

No. Our products can be used outside but if it rains they should be moved undercover.

Will I receive a tax invoice?

Yes. You will receive a valid Australian Tax Invoice as part of our order confirmation.

Can I pay with direct deposit?

Unfortunately you cannot pay by direct deposit. We are only set up to take credit card and PayPal purchases.

What do you do with my personal details?

We use your personal details to send your orders to you, or contact you if we need to advise you about your order. We may also send you information about our products or special offers via email. We never sell your personal information. For further information please see our Privacy Policy.

How much does delivery cost?  

Our delivery charges are added at the online checkout, and charged at different rates based on your geographic location. 

Where do you deliver?

UDIDIT delivers Australia-wide. Unfortunately, at present we do not offer international shipping. 

Will you deliver to a post office box?

Unfortunately, delivery to a PO Box is not an option.

When will you send my order?

After placing your order it will usually leave our HQ within 1-2 business days. The delivery times then vary from 1-10 days depending on your location. 

Can I return my UDIDIT product if it is faulty or damaged? 

Yes. UDIDIT undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.

As part of our terms and conditions you must fully inspect UDIDIT products before assembling them to check for faults or damage to the product.

If you find faults or damage, please email UDIDIT within 10 working days of your purchase and provide a detailed description of the problem and attach photographic evidence, to obtain a Return Authorisation. We cannot accept items returned without a Return Authorisation.

Please note that some irregularities which occur during cardboard manufacturing, packing and printing are deemed acceptable if they do not impact on the strength or function of the product. These include minor inconsistencies in the print finish, small cracks or dents in the cardboard, creasing where the cardboard has been folded for packaging purposes, and slight crushing or tearing at edges and openings.
